Dependable, efficient, QUEEN BEE: With this new tool family, ZECHA Hartmetall-Werkzeugfabrikation GmbH has taken a major step towards process reliability. With adapted flute and micro geometries for good chip removal and cutting free from vibrations, the machining of titanium, stainless steel alloys, and special materials up to 2,200 N/mm2 as well as the pre-milling of soft steel components up to 58 HRC with the highest service life and maximum precision become reality.

The targeted homogenization of the cutting edges with edge preparation reduces the notch effect and breakout tendency and improves coating adhesion at the cutting zone.

Whether in tool and mold making, parts production, or medical technology, the center cut ensures excellent surface finishes for all QUEEN BEE tools, even in flat areas, in dry as well as wet milling.

The ball nose end mills and end mills with corner radius, available in dimensions from 0.8 to 12.0 mm in diameter, are unique in their interplay of precision and quality. Solid tool attributes, coupled with the latest WAD coating technology, increase service life while minimizing tool changes. With the tightest tolerances, along with selected carbide grades and consistent carbide qualities, the QUEEN BEE tools master every challenge with stability and precision.
