in the family business and establishing his own department for centerless grinding

TAKEOVER

Stefan Zecha takes over the family business

REINER KIRSCHNER JOINS

and begins as an employee in the company. He takes over the stamping and forming department and introduces wire and sinker EDM technologies. ZECHA begins its apprenticeship program.

INTRODUCTION OF PPS SYSTEM

Introduction of the PPS system Abas.
Start of the Indo-German cooperation with Dagger Master Tools Limited.

EXPANSION OF CENTERLESS AND CNC GRINDING

The building is expanded to a total of 2600 m².

Reiner Kirschner is appointed as Managing Partner.

2004

INTRODUCTION OF MEASUREMENT TECHNOLOGY

Micro tools can be measured fully automatically, contactlessly, and with micron accuracy in 3D mode.

2006

LIFETIME NUMBER & 100% FINAL INSPECTION

All tools are measured and assigned a lifetime number.

For the first time, the sales shares of machining tools exceed those of stamping tools.

2008

NANO GRINDING TECHNOLOGY

is introduced, and an SEM measuring device is invested in for comprehensive tool analysis.

2009

SALES EXPANSION

in the international sector and expansion of technological sales domestically.

2014

50 YEARS ZECHA

The company building is expanded to include a logistics center for the extensive catalog program.

2017

LASER PROCESSING

Start of the Laser Processing Center Laser Smart 500 and development of IGUANA - introduction of the latest technology to machine ultra-hard materials such as CBN, PCD, CVD, MD, and natural diamond into the finest structures.

2017

ALIENTOOLS GMBH

Founding of AlienTools GmbH as a dedicated sales organization for ZECHA dental cutters.

2019

ZECHA IN INDIA

Stronger international focus in the Asian market by renaming Dagger Master Tools Limited to ZECHA PRECISION TOOLS LIMITED.
