Tailored Milling Solutions for

Leveraging 60+ years of experience in micro machining, ZECHA offers comprehensive, ready-to-use solutions to tackle the most demanding milling challenges. Our turnkey services encompass everything from initial concept development to on-site installation, ensuring that every step of the milling process is optimized for efficiency and precision.
ZECHA’s Turnkey Solution Service includes customized part production, specific tool development, and complete process development. Collaborating closely with our application engineers and R&D department, we tailor milling solutions to meet specific customer needs, utilizing advanced measuring technology and state-of-the-art machinery. This holistic approach not only saves time and resources but also guarantees top-quality results, making ZECHA your trusted partner in achieving precision and excellence in milling.
RE-GRINDING SERVICE
Do you need your ZECHA tools* reground to the original specifications? We’ve got you covered! Simply contact our partner, Wema Zerspanungswerkzeuge GmbH, to get started.
First, reach out to Wema via phone at +49 8441 85916-0 or email at b.wallner@wema-zerspanungswerkzeuge.de. Upon contacting them, you will be provided
with a ZECHA toolbox for a lending fee of €30.
Next, fill the toolbox with your tools and Wema will arrange to collect the filled toolbox within 24 hours. The regrinding process, which follows ZECHA’s strict guidelines, will take approximately 12-14 days. If necessary, the tools will also be coated during this period.
Once the regrinding and coating are completed, the toolbox containing your reground tools will be delivered back to you, and Wema will issue an invoice for the service.
*The regrinding service is available for selected series starting from Ø 6 mm.
